Breakfast Brief: Are Toxic Employees Polluting Your Work Environment?

    7:30 am-9:00 am
    06/05/2018
    The Woodlands
    Falmouth, ME

Why do we spend so much time dealing with the fallout from negative employees? Shouldn’t we be rewarding and acknowledging our best people with our quality time? Is there a difference between difficult employees, toxic ones and those who sexually harass?

While companies can typically improve the performance of mildly negative folks, it’s the more strategic, less ethical types that prove very difficult to resolve. They often fly below the radar for years. Join KMA and guest presenter, Suzanne Benoit, as we discuss how to observe and address these power dynamics and social fallout with a sensible, comprehensive approach.

    Harassment Prevention Training

    9:00 am-10:30 am
    06/06/2018
    The Woodlands
    Falmouth, ME

Harassment in the workplace is against the law. But beyond being illegal, harassing behaviors have the potential to be demeaning and destructive to victims and work cultures.

KMA is committed to helping organizations comply with state-mandated harassment training, meanwhile sustaining cultures in which all employees feel safe and valued.

Register you and your team today!

This program is designed to help meet Maine compliance requirements. For harassment training to be fully compliant, employers must also provide employees in Maine with information on their organization’s internal complaint process. This should be included in the company sexual harassment policy and sent annually to employees to satisfy the notice provisions of state law. Please contact KMA if you need assistance in developing a sexual harassment policy which meets Maine requirements.
